Returns & Exchange Policy

At MJ Expresss, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Important Notice

We maintain a strict no-return policy on all products except items affected by verified manufacturing defects.

However, eligible products may qualify for exchange under the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer a 3-day exchange policy from the date of delivery or in-store purchase.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must remain in their original, unused condition.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Original invoice, tags, packaging, and receipts must be provided.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discount campaigns are not eligible for exchange.
  • Items can only be exchanged once.
  • Exchanges must be completed for products of equal or higher value in a single transaction.
  • No refunds or credit notes will be issued for lower-value exchanges.

Jewellery Exchange Guidelines

  • Gold jewellery may only be exchanged for gold or diamond jewellery.
  • Diamond jewellery upgrades are only applicable toward other diamond jewellery.

Verification Process

All exchange products are subject to inspection and verification by our quality team. The verification process may take up to four weeks.

Online Exchange Process

For online purchases, exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for courier charges related to:

  • Returning the product to MJ Expresss
  • Delivery of the exchanged item

Required Information

To request an exchange, please provide:

  • Order reference number
  • Purchased product details
  • Reason for exchange
  • Product code of the desired replacement item
  • Original receipt or exchange reference number

Once your request is approved, our customer support team will provide an official exchange reference number.
